The range of Class I and Class II IP 44 heating films developed by ILO TECHNOLOGY is dedicated to radiant heating of motor vehicles. They contribute to the thermal comfort and well-being of occupants, as part of the HQE approach.

With power ratings ranging from 100 W/m² to over 5000 W/m², these heating films are available in a range of voltages: 12, 24 or 48 volts.

To meet all OEM requirements:

  • Single- or double-sided adhesives for rear-view mirrors
  • Multi-position connection for new-generation batteries
  • Circuit design specially designed for use on metal
  • Special cut-out to adapt to the curves of supports
  • Film widths of up to 600 mm in 600 mm pitches allow the use of films over long lengths, in particular for heating with radiant films integrated into pavilions.
