Embroidery technology

High-tech conductive threads and fibers are embroidered to form ultra-flexible, fabric-like heating mats that can be adapted to a wide range of applications.

We are able to produce parts of any size, from the smallest to the largest, and always with the same precision and technical know-how. Whatever shape the customer requires, we guarantee results that meet the highest standards.

Precision Cutting Technologies

Our camera-assisted cutting systems ensure fast, precise separation of embroidered elements. CNC cutters and CO2 lasers enable precision work on complex patterns, suitable for both synthetic fibers and specialized technical textiles.

Laser cutting offers welded edges, preventing textiles from fraying and guaranteeing a high-quality finish.

Technical textiles, also known as smart textiles, are innovative materials that incorporate advanced capabilities such as electrical conduction, heating, data transmission and reception, as well as measurement and lighting.

Laminating Solutions

Embroidered semi-finished products are processed by cold or hot lamination, depending on requirements and materials. Cold lamination uses self-adhesive equipment for easy handling.

Our hot laminating press enables elements to be joined with other materials, protecting threads from external influences and adding properties such as patchability or conductivity. This process reaches temperatures of up to 200 degrees.

Our lamination technology fuses two textile surfaces under heat and pressure, ideal for functional textiles. It also protects electrical and electronic components in the production of heating elements and flexible printed circuits.

Integrated sensors

We can supply semi-finished products with electrical connections on request. In addition to special embroidery for various components on brackets, ILO Technology uses splicing and brazing techniques for reliable, cost-effective connections. Parts are crimped or soldered as standard on our premises.

Thermal switches, NTCs and other cable solutions can also be integrated. Special connectors can be used, ensuring that semi-finished products are ready for use as soon as they leave our factory.
